Description
Anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory recipe for Sinusitis.
A 15ml concentrate bottle.
INGREDIENTS:
- TEA TREE (melaleuca alternifolia)
- Lemon (citrus limon)
HOW TO USE:
Steam inhalation is the best way to combat sinusitis.
prepare a bowl of steamy hot water, then add 2 drops of the blend, With your face over the bowl (eyes closed) and a towel over your head to trap the steam.
Inhale deeply for 5+ minutes, until you feel relief, or until water begins to cool.
repeat daily as needed.
Please NOTE: STEAM inhalation for children under 10 years can be too intense for children.
Instead have them place their face over a steamy mug of hot water with the 2 drops of sinus blend added (instead of a bowl), with or without a towel (do not leave children unattended if they are to use this inhalation method). Another alternative is to add 5-6 drops to a cool mist diffuser and have your child get as close to the mist as they can (with eyes closed) and breathe in the cool mist. This won’t open up the lungs as much as warm steam, but it will help.
